Dr. Terron R. Ware, EdD, Ph.D., is an educator, organizational strategist, and published thought leader at the forefront of AI integration in leadership development, business strategy, and higher education. With more than 19 years of experience spanning higher education, K–12 systems, and corporate operations, he brings a rare combination of academic depth, executive experience, and practical insight to the organizations and leaders he advises.

Dr. Ware currently serves as a Professor of Business and Entrepreneurship at a multi-campus institution in higher education, where he designs and delivers applied learning experiences in entrepreneurship, data analytics, and AI-enhanced decision-making. He also teaches graduate business courses at two universities, helping working professionals strengthen the leadership competencies and strategic mindset needed in a rapidly changing business environment.

He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with a dissertation focused on how organizational leaders perceive, adopt, and apply artificial intelligence in their leadership practice.
